RECARO Aircraft Seating (RECARO) is celebrating the 80th anniversary of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) with 80 customized RECARO Gaming Nxt chairs created exclusively for the airline.
Each limited-edition chair represents one year of SAS history to commemorate the airline’s outstanding milestone and recognize the longstanding relationship between RECARO and SAS.
Founded in 1946, SAS will mark eight decades of connecting Scandinavia with the world this year and will celebrate with special activities and dedicated merchandise, including these one-of-a-kind gaming chairs, as part of the airline’s winder anniversary celebrations for employees.
Created specifically for the occasion, the RECARO Nxt chairs feature a tailor-made SAS design that showcase the airline’s signature blue on the seat fabric, complemented by a premium SAS logo stitched onto the headrest. In addition, a subtle white SAS logo is printed on the back to complete the customized design.
The RECARO Nxt combines ergonomic design, premium materials, and a modern aesthetic. Its segmented backrest and advanced adjustment options are designed to provide lasting comfort, while premium upholstery provides a high-quality seating experience.

While these 80 custom gaming chairs are intended for our employees, the high-speed internet now installed across the vast majority of our fleet means you can already game from your RECARO seat onboard!
