A note about the GDPR
Runway Girl Network is committed to the protection of users’ personal data. With the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) now in effect, we believe it is important to impart the following:
- Our email lists are opt-in only; we have never padded our lists with non-subscribers’ names and email addresses. If you believe your email address has been added to our lists by anyone without your consent, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you have subscribed to our email lists (our free newsletter or subscription-based direct-to-inbox premium content), please take a minute to update your preferences and ensure that you receive the most relevant communications from Runway Girl Network.

If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy.
Information Collection and Use
If you are signing up for our free products as part of the service, we will ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information, including your name and email address.
If you are signing up for our paid premium products as part of the service, we will ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information, including but not limited to your name; email address; and payment information, such as a credit or debit card number.
The service also collects account login credentials, comments, and other information you submit to the service.
The Personally Identifiable Information that we collect is used to:
- Provide you access to the service

We use IP Anonymization to prevent the collection of personal data from the Google Analytics tracking code. Under no circumstances does the service divulge any data to advertisers that could identify a specific individual making use of the service.
The service is not intended for use by children. It does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from children. If we become aware that a user under the age of 16 has submitted Personally Identifiable Information without parental consent, we will promptly remove his or her information from our files. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you become aware that a child for which you are the parent or guardian has provided the service with Personally Identifiable Information without your consent.
We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors engage with the service. The service uses IP Anonymization to prevent the collection of personal data from the Google Analytics tracking code. We retain this specific data for 26 months in order to compare aggregated demographic data and traffic year-over-year.
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our site and use our service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data.
This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, location (country, city), operating software, audience demographics, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with small amounts of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
