As airlines and MROs continue to navigate supply chain challenges, increasing maintenance demand and evolving fleet requirements, access to reliable and readily available 777 material has become increasingly important.

AerFin’s Miami facility provides customers across the Americas with direct access to a growing inventory of Boeing 777 components, helping reduce lead times and improve operational continuity.

The capability reflects AerFin’s broader strategy of investing in the right assets at the right stage of their lifecycle to deliver long-term value for customers.

Since 2021, AerFin has acquired 179 whole assets across airframes and engines, including 64 airframes and 115 engines. Alongside its substantial investment in A330 aircraft, the company has also made targeted acquisitions of 777-300ER assets to support growing market demand for widebody material.

This is not opportunistic buying. It reflects a focused, highly selective approach built on scale, lifecycle insight, and long-term confidence in the aftermarket.

AerFin has responded to changing market dynamics by leaning into scale, optionality, and lifecycle strategy. While historically focused on narrowbody and regional aircraft, the business has expanded significantly into widebody assets, building inventory that supports operators across multiple long-haul platforms.

The aim is simple: to give customers more choice, greater certainty, and better cost outcomes.

AerFin’s SVP Americas, Jacqueline Fernandez, said: “The Americas remains a key market for widebody operations, and operators need dependable access to material to keep aircraft available and costs under control. Our growing 777 inventory in Miami allows us to respond quickly to customer requirements while providing the local support and expertise our customers value.”

The Miami warehouse and office form a central part of AerFin’s global network, providing a strategic gateway to customers across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.

James Bennett, Chief Commercial Officer at AerFin, added: “The 777 continues to be an important platform for airlines around the world, and our investment reflects both current demand and long-term market confidence. By building inventory and positioning it close to our customers, we’re helping operators access quality material faster while benefiting from the flexibility and support that comes with partnering with AerFin.”

With over two decades of experience and a relationship-led approach, AerFin works alongside airlines, lessors and MROs to deliver tailored aftermarket solutions. Its growing widebody portfolio and strategically positioned inventory ensure customers across the Americas can access the material they need with confidence.

As airlines continue to maximise the value of their fleets, AerFin is ready to provide the scale, access and reliability needed to support operations today and into the future.
