ABC International Srl and JSD Corporation Pte Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during MRO Asia-Pacific 2026 in Singapore. The agreement lays the foundation for a joint venture focused on aircraft cabin interiors and marks a significant step in ABC International’s expansion across the Asia Pacific region.

The partnership will combine ABC International’s aircraft cabin design and production capabilities with JSD Corporation’s extensive aviation experience, regional market knowledge and established relationships with airlines and lessors. By bringing these strengths together and thanks to a local presence, the companies aim to offer customers in Asia Pacific greater access to high-quality cabin interior solutions with shorter delivery times.

For Rodolfo Baldascino, CEO of ABC International, the agreement brings together complementary strengths:

We are pleased to begin this partnership with JSD Corporation. Kumar Balasingam is a highly respected professional in the aviation industry. His knowledge of the region and JSD’s strong relationships will be invaluable as we grow ABC International’s presence in Asia Pacific. Together, we want to help airlines and lessors meet their cabin interior needs with the quality and speed they expect.

Kumar Balasingam, CEO of JSD Corporation, highlighted the opportunity to build on JSD’s regional relationships: “Aircraft interiors are an important area of growth for JSD. We see considerable potential in combining ABC International’s capabilities with the experience and relationships our team has built across Asia Pacific. This partnership will allow us to introduce ABC’s solutions to more airlines and develop a business that responds to the region’s evolving cabin needs.”

The MoU reflects a shared ambition to strengthen the support available to aviation customers in Asia Pacific. Through their planned joint venture, ABC International and JSD Corporation intend to build a closer connection between specialist cabin interior expertise and the airlines and lessors seeking those services in the region.
