Located in Toulouse, France, a major global center for commercial and defense aviation, the new subsidiary will expand Astronautics’ sales, engineering, and customer support capabilities for aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and airline operators.

Astronautics has supported European aerospace customers for many years through established in-region sales and support resources.  The creation of its European subsidiary will build on that foundation, providing continuity for customers while expanding Astronautics’ direct presence and giving the company greater flexibility to grow in Europe.

“Establishing a presence in Toulouse strengthens our ability to support European customers more directly and positions us for continued growth in the region,” said Dr. Ronald Zelazo, chairman and CEO of Astronautics.

“With major OEM and airline customers operating across Europe, this expansion enhances collaboration, responsiveness, and long-term business development opportunities.”

The new subsidiary will be named Astronautics Europe and will commence operations in or around September 2026.

Astronautics currently supports European aerospace customers across fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and military aviation markets.  Its avionics, connected aircraft technologies, and integrated system solutions are deployed on a broad range of commercial and defense platforms.
