With both solutions, the Canadian airline has opted for a reliable and accurate system to achieve maximum operational efficiency, safety, and stability.

Lido FMS is a comprehensive, certified navigation database, containing all relevant aeronautical data with worldwide coverage, including information about airports, airways, waypoints, radio beacons, holding patterns, and approaches. Lido FMS holds EASA Service Provider Certificate Type 1 and is compliant with relevant industry standards such as RTCA DO-200, RTCA DO-201 and ARINC 424.

Lido mPilot’s all-in-one navigation solution provides pilots with all the necessary navigation charts, documents, and messages on their device – anywhere and anytime. The solution is designed to improve the pilot’s situational awareness so that their attention can be focused on safe and efficient aircraft operations.

“We are pleased to partner with Lufthansa Systems, taking to the skies with their leading-edge data and navigation solutions,” said Jim Sullivan, COO, Lynx Air. “Safety is our top priority, and these integrated and reliable solutions will ensure Lynx maintains the highest levels of safety and regulatory compliance.”

“Lufthansa Systems is thrilled to welcome Lynx Air as a valued customer of our Lido mPilot and Lido FMS for their charting and navigational needs. Lynx Air’s selection of Lufthansa Systems is a testament to our excellent reputation as a reliable and experienced IT solutions and data provider specialized in aviation,” said George Webster, Director Sales and Account Management Lufthansa Systems Americas.
