Trade visitors are invited to visit the Diehl Aviation booth #1371 in the Orange County Convention Center, where representatives from Diehl Aviation’s sales team and the Customer Service Center (CSC) in Sterrett, Alabama (USA) will be available on site. The event in Orlando will be held under appropriate health and safety regulations as defined by local authorities.
Diehl Aviation’s booth in Orlando will be the first physical presence of the company at an aerospace expo event worldwide since the MRO Middle East in February 2020. Diehl Aviation and its partners and customers in the services sales and MRO aerospace business will now benefit from this opportunity in Orlando to re-establish face-to-face contacts after a difficult year bridged by virtual and online communication.
During MRO Americas 2021, Diehl Aviation will display recent product innovations, such as the Portable Clean Light (PCL), developed for controlled disinfection of critical high-touch surfaces in the sensitive lavatory area.
Diehl Aviation’s presence on the American markets includes representations in Everett, Washington and North Charleston, South Carolina, as well as the CSC in Sterrett, which is one of three CSCs worldwide in addition to similar facilities in Toulouse (France) and Singapore. Diehl Aviation provides comprehensive service packages to customers, including spares and repair service, cabin evaluations and on-site support as well as customized services tailored for particular customer needs.
Diehl Aviation’s North America facilities also cover the corporate functions Sales, Marketing and Contracts, On-Site Support and a procurement representation, taking into account results of continuous monitoring of opportunities with all stakeholders in the region.
