Diehl Aviation will open a customer and sales office in Dubai this year. With Diehl Aviation Middle East, the cabin and systems specialist is further expanding its proximity to customers and range of services in the region.
The tasks focus on improved sales with greater customer proximity as well as more intensive customer support in the areas of customer services, cabin upgrades and retrofits. The latter also include individual product developments in direct cooperation with regional customers. Diehl Aviation is expanding its customer service range and will be close to the customer with its own contact persons for the region’s airlines.
A team of aviation specialists will commence work in the new branch in mid-2020. The offices are located in the Dubai Airport Freezone, the central free trade zone with an extensive presence of airlines and direct access to Dubai International Airport. Diehl Aviation benefits from the excellent conditions offered by the United Arab Emirates and by the Dubai Airport Freezone in the region.
Sales, customer service as well as the upgrade and retrofit business will completely focus on the needs and challenges of Diehl Aviation’s regional customers from the new branch in Dubai. Both the customer service as well as sales already maintain a strong network in the region. With Diehl Aviation Middle East, Diehl will expand this network, significantly improve its proximity to customers and meet the needs of its local customers better than ever.
