Rotation

digEcor is delighted to announce Air Tahiti Nui (ATN) has selected ENGAGE to improve communication between Flight Attendants and the different departments on the ground in order to ensure operational follow up and improved Customer Services.

Eric Delcuvellerie, Department Head, Flight Attendants said “we selected ENGAGE due to its ease of use and the strong impact the solution has had on the operations and passenger experience of its existing customer base”.

Implementation of ENGAGE at ATN is underway with full rollout to all Head Flight Attendants expected by the end of the year. Laurent Husson, ATN Chief Information Officer said “we are looking forward to streamlining data collection and reporting for our business with ENGAGE. Our Flight Attendants will be able to spend more time focusing on customers and our Ground crew will have better access to information.”

ENGAGE was developed by Australian Technology company Intelligent Pathways in partnership with digEcor. It is a mobile solution that connects ground and cabin crew to airline systems to enable personalized customer engagement and improved operational efficiency through electronic reporting, service recovery and communication.

David Withers, digEcor Chief Executive Officer says “ENGAGE has many benefits including access to passenger information and preferences, efficient service recovery, electronic forms and messaging.
