The aircraft interiors market has never been hotter. A new research report says aircraft interiors business in North America currently accounts for the largest share of this multi-billion dollar industry. But in the coming years, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America are expected to be the fastest growing regions mainly due to the increasing number of aircraft ordered by airlines to accommodate an explosion in air travel.
It’s little surprise, then, that the Aircraft Interiors Expo – the world’s largest event of its kind – is expected to attract more exhibitors and visitors than ever before when it opens its doors on 8 April in Hamburg. A Passenger Experience Conference, held one day earlier on 7 April, will feature presentations from Delta Air Lines, Qatar Airways, Southwest Airlines, Thomson Airways, Lufthansa and Virgin America, among many others.
Runway Girl Network journalists will be on the ground for the entire week, producing multi-media content for readers and viewers. Fellow runway girl Maryann Simson tells us what to expect in the following video.
