Serving the global aviation cabin interiors and onboard services communities, the co-located events promise three days of networking, product launches and fresh insightboth debuting brand-new zones for 2026.

As the largest annual gathering of global airlines and supplierswith more than 200 commercial airlines and over 800 exhibitors across both eventsattending AIX and WTCE is the best opportunity to connect with the entire passenger experience ecosystem, with a single badge granting entry to both shows.

A day of insight to fuel the week

The week begins with the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) on 13 April, bringing together airline executives and industry leaders for strategic discussions on digital transformation, passenger wellness, and sustainable travel.

Confirmed speakers include representatives from Lufthansa Group, United Airlines, Teague, Panasonic Avionics, Tangerine, Fiji Airways, Aer Lingus, Ethiopian Airlines Group and Saudi Airlines, with additional speakers to be announced soon. The full-day conference provides senior decision-makers with big picture thinking, future direction and competitive advantage ahead of the exhibition floors opening on 14 April.

Celebrating 25 Years of cabin innovation at AIX 2026

Marking its 25th edition, AIX 2026 will reflect on a quarter-century of cabin innovation while looking ahead to the next era of sector growth. Attendees will discover the latest advancements across all elements of passenger experiencefrom IFEC technology to sustainable materials to inclusive design.

The show will introduce the brand-new BizJet Interiors Zone, a curated space showcasing bespoke craftsmanship for VVIP and business travel.

With thousands of products on display, AIX 2026 is the most extensive global showcase of cabin interiors innovation, giving visitors an unrivalled opportunity to experience where the future of passenger experience is heading.

Driving innovation across onboard hospitality at WTCE 2026

WTCE 2026 will return with an expanded show floor, including the addition of Hall A2a major new space exclusively dedicated to gategroup, the global leader in inflight services, and its onboard brands. Alongside this expansion, the event will introduce a host of new features designed to drive innovation across onboard catering, retail and passenger comfort.

Visitors will be able to explore the latest products and services while following themed trails spotlighting suppliers leading the way in environmental solutions, passenger wellbeing and digital transformation.

New for 2026, the Drinks Zone in Hall A4 will showcase an array of emerging and established beverage brands, while the First-Time Exhibitor Village will offer a launchpad for new suppliers bringing fresh ideas to the onboard experience. Together, these features promise a WTCE 2026 that will provide fresh insights alongside the trusted highlights that keep visitors coming back.

Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) will take place in Halls B1–B7, and World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) in Halls A1, A2 and A4 at the Hamburg Messe, Germany, from 14–16 April 2026, following the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) on 13 April 2026.

Registering for one Expo grants visitors access to both, with a small entry fee of €50. Attendees are encouraged to register with their lead event to receive the most tailored content.
