Press Release hub banner blue with title in red white and blueAvianca has begun operating its Business Class Americas offering across its entire international network as well as on all domestic routes within Colombia, Ecuador, and Guatemala, expanding the availability of its differentiated premium experience on both international and domestic flights.

The Business Class Americas experience includes the following differentiated benefits, designed specifically for the domestic market:

On the ground:

  • Priority services, including check-in, baggage drop-off and delivery, boarding and deplaning, and personalized customer service
  • Access to 11 Avianca VIP lounges and more than 1,000 lounges worldwide through Star Alliance agreements
  • One carry-on bag up to 22 lbs, one personal item, and two checked bags up to 70 lbs each.
  • Earn 10 LifeMiles per dollar spent, with increased opportunities to redeem miles for Business Class upgrades

Onboard:

  • Seating located in the first three rows, offering increased space, recline, privacy, and comfort, with adjustable headrests, work tables, and USB ports.
  • On domestic routes: snack service, coffee, soft drinks, and beer, with the option to purchase additional food and beverages from the Café del Cielo menu.
  • On international routes:
    • Flights under 3 hours: snack service, hot or cold beverages, and beer.
    • Flights between 3 and 4 hours: a menu created by Chef Álvaro Clavijo, hot or cold beverages, beer, and an Eco Bag (blanket and pillow).
    • Flights over 4 hours: a menu created by Chef Álvaro Clavijo, hot or cold beverages, beer, an Eco Bag (blanket and pillow), and an amenity kit designed by Mola Sasa featuring Loto del Sur products.
