Copa Airlines, a subsidiary of Copa Holdings, S.A., and a member of the Star Alliance global airline network, celebrates 10 years of nonstop service from San Francisco International Airport through the Hub of the Americas®, located at Tocumen International Airport, in Panama City, Panama.
This milestone highlights the importance of facilitating seamless connections between the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean, bridging cultural exchange, promoting economic growth, and enhancing travel experiences throughout the Americas.
Copa Airlines began flights to and from the San Francisco area on September 17, 2015. Marking a decade of service in 2025, the airline now operates daily flights from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to the Hub of the Americas® in Panama City.
By connecting U.S. travelers to over 85 destinations across 32 countries in North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean, Copa Airlines provides more connectivity to and from the United States than any other hub in the region, with 17 gateways across the country.
