The airline is dedicated to providing an elevated travel experience for its passengers, with a strong focus on convenience, comfort, and exceptional service.

Cobalt Spectrum mood lighting is an innovative system, designed from the ground up to meet the needs of every commercial airline. Deployed and flying with multiple carriers worldwide, Cobalt Spectrum delivers an unrivalled feature set and provides the very highest in reliability.

IFPL Group is delighted BermudAir has selected the class-leading LED mood lighting system to assist in providing a superior travel experience for its passengers. The carrier will be using Cobalt Spectrum lighting to illuminate the interior of each aircraft with the BermudAir brand colours, plus additional light settings for boarding, meal services, sleeping, waking, and more. It is this ability to distinguish between different stages of flight which assists passengers with a heightened feeling of wellbeing throughout their journey.

Cobalt Spectrum is a true “plug and play” system and a direct replacement for fluorescent tubes. Designed to be lightweight and long-lasting, it offers operators a substantial weight and fuel saving while requiring no changes to the aircraft wiring.

Adam Scott, Founder and CEO of BermudAir, was impressed by how quick and easy the process was, and commented on completion, saying: “The installation took four technicians one full 12-hour shift. We were very happy with the quality and support the Cobalt team provided to BermudAir.”

Tommy Nelms, VP Global Sales, commented: “In recent years, the aviation industry has witnessed a growing emphasis on creating a unique and memorable passenger experience. Realising this demand, we have invested significant resources in research and development to craft an exceptional wireless controlled LED cabin mood lighting solution. By blending creativity with advanced technology, we aim to improving the way passengers perceive their time in-flight, and support relaxation and well-being.”

This collaboration with BermudAir has been approved under Cobalt Aerospace’s own Design Organisation Approval (DOA).

Cobalt Aerospace will be exhibiting as part of the IFPL Group at MRO Americas, 9-11 April in Chicago. Visitors will be able to experience Cobalt Spectrum demonstrations at stand #3580.
