By opting for Lido mPilot while already relying on Lufthansa System’s Lido FMS for one and a half years, the US airline gains a reliable and accurate system to achieve maximum operational efficiency, safety, and stability. Frontier Airlines is the first low-cost carrier in the Americas region to become a Lido customer.

Lido mPilot is Lufthansa Systems’ all-in-one charting application, offering easy access to terminal charts, a dynamically generated enroute map, an Airport Moving Map (AMM), as well as the required operational documents. The Lido Route Manual terminal charts, forming the basis of Lido mPilot, are meticulously crafted to display aeronautical procedures and information intuitively. Optimized for airline use, Lido mPilot is designed to improve the pilots’ situational awareness, so that they can focus on what truly matters: safe and efficient aircraft operations.

“Frontier is pleased to partner with Lufthansa Systems’ Lido mPilot for charting systems. The mPilot product has developed substantially in the last several years and provides Frontier with an intuitive and user-friendly product at a significant saving, reinforcing our commitment to ‘Low Fares Done Right,’” said Brad Lambert, Vice President of Flight Operations, Frontier Airlines.
